This is Dabble's very first blog! I thought it would be a neat way to get in touch and fill you

in on all the latest news! There's lots of stuff going on at the moment... where to start!

This month I launched my new range of' 'Petite Prints'. These are small framed editions of my original watercolour work. I wanted to create an affordable and accessible way for people to buy a little piece of Irish art. These prints are under €50 with free shipping within Ireland so they make ideal gifts.

I've also launched 4 new greeting card designs - 2 equine and 2 vogue! I'm really excited about these. The vogue cards feature great quotes by Marilyn and Audrey and all the cards are blank inside so they can be used for Birthdays, Thank You's, Anniversaries and lots of other occasions. Last Sunday I took part in New Market Collective in Dublin. Its a collective of Irish crafters, designers and start ups that come together to sell their wares on the 1st Sunday of every month. I think its only going for the past few months but its getting great crowds. Its held beside the Teeling Distillery in the Liberties, Dublin 8 and its open from 11am - 5pm. The weather started out pretty dismal but brightened up around 11am just before we opened. All the stalls looked great and I finally managed to stop fidgeting with the Dabble stall just in time for opening! Alas the footfall was pretty low, due I guess to a combination of back to school, the GAA all Ireland final, grey skys and the final day of Electric Picnic. Lack of customers aside :) I really enjoyed the experience and got to meet some great fellow creative's. Its definitely something I would like to do more of as its a great way to get out and meet people (without Pepper :)). I've reapplied for next month so hopefully 1st of October will be thronged with shoppers!

I also finished my Vogue in the Afternoon Show in the Newpark Kilkenny at the end of August - there are links to the articles about the show in 'News' page of the website. It was a fabulous show and event. Images of the paintings and prints from the show are also now on the website.

Well that's all the news for now. I better go and figure out 'how to post a blog'! I'm planning to make this a regular feature so all feedback, questions or comments welcome.
